Kian Zendeh-Del is an eight-year-old child batting with cancer who had told his parents many times that he wanted to be a police officer.

One of the top commanders of Tehran police said to the media that, “the child’s parents requested the … Eastern Tehran police department to make his dream come true,” adding, “We were delighted and upon receiving the request, we accepted the offer as an honor and mobilized our resources to make this child’s dream come true.’

“Kian Zendeh-Del came to our headquarters as the commander and was welcome… In a symbolic move, he became the commander of Eastern Tehran police department for today,” the top commander notes.
